"After becoming a new mother I found it difficult to find time to switch off and do something for myself. However, I tried the Free Class, and although a little nervous, I had no reason to be at all!
I felt energised and relaxed all at the same time. I'm a complete beginner and suffer from a couple of injuries, but I was delighted to note just how much I was told to listen to my body and do what felt comfortable.
I now look forward to this class every week; it's become my evening to look after myself, mind and body!"
